Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): Flat rate of £0.99 (or free for orders over £35).
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Flat rate of £2.99.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that unforeseen delays with couriers may occasionally occur, and we will do our best to notify you promptly.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries outside the UK. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor the status and location of your package.
